Services
Most of the hardwood floors will need to be re-coated every four to six years. This is just the average. However, some customers will use it for 10 or 15 years, depending on the high traffic area. For example, a dining room or a kitchen will need to be re-coated earlier than a bedroom or any low traffic area.
Our appointmets are handled very efficiently. As soon as we recieve a call from the customer, we will come to give the best estimate for your needs. As soon as the customer accepts the price to do the job, a scheduled that is flexible for the customer will be made. The first day of the sanding process, our professional team will cover all your furniture or rooms that will not be sanded.

Oscar replaced the treads on my staircase, installed a new wood area in a landing as well, and then sanded and refinished. He did a fabulous job.

I can’t say enough how happy I am with my hardwood floors. He did my repair in my floor flawlessly. We are first time homebuyers and I HATE carpet I had someone come in and quote me and he told my floors were awful and I was heartbroken, Oscar came in and was not afraid to get straight to work, he quoted me that day; and was there that weekend to start working. He communicated with me every step of the way and I was able to leave him and his staff in my home without me there . My floors are beautiful and they are everything I wanted, I would 100% recommend Oscar and Diamond flooring !

Oscar came to my home to give us an estimate on resurfacing our floors. He was prompt and quick with what it would cost. We had several companies to go thru but none were reliable. The other quotes we got were to far fetched as well as strangely low. We called oscar back and scheduled an appt. oscar and his crew were prompt and gave us what he promised. Top quality work. I would recommend diamond wood floors to anyone. I have posted some pics of the work he has done. We just finished the work from gutting our liv room and his work tied it all together.

We are so glad that we found Oscar and Diamond Floor!!! They were professional and did everything they said they would do. The resulting floor refinishing is absolutely beautiful. Ozgur is great! My floors came out excellent. Very honest company. Wanted to make sure I was happy with his work. They were very reliable and made sure they cleaned up after they were done. I had used another Company for my daughter's room and I did not like the end result as much. I will be using Diamond Flooring in the future for the rest of my floors.
