I'm trying to figure out what type of customer service did the high raters & reviewers under this company receive? Because I got nothing! Literally. Everything "WAS" seemingly professional, I had a consult w/ a great quote for insulated garage doors w/o windows amongst other things, military discount added, garage doors ordered and to be installed once arrived within two weeks. Well, because of the holiday's its been a month; I called to check on the order of the garage doors. I got no answer only voicemail. I called numerous times before the call was answered on another day. The insane part is

Still waiting for my trim to be installed. My garage doors were installed back in March 2021. Installer will not respond to my text and never showed after telling me he would come by. After installing my garage doors he told me that trim was on back order due to pandemic and that he would jot my name down once they came back in stock. The trim is back in stock and he has not installed it. BUT he did cash my $2k+ check. Just want the job completed 100% since I paid you 100%. Thanks.

I would have given them a 5, but...
I am a little surprised by the follow-up services. WGGD replaced my garage door last year with insulated panels, and we love it! The temperature in the garage was pretty nominal during the summer (rejecting heat from the outside) and warm in the winter (retaining the heat on the inside). The work was done well and it really improved the look of the house. That's definitely worth 5-Stars. However, now that we are ready to change our opener, I've emailed and called multiple times, but no one has returned my emails/calls.

They repaired my door this spring. It broke again at the same spot on 7/29/2020. I called to ask if they guaranteed their work. The guy that answered offered no help at all and told me to text him my address. I did that with no response. I called yesterday reaching their voice mail. From what I gathered from the recording they have changed the name to Mr Garage. I left a message explaining that I cannot open my door at all and had to cancel appointments for today because of it. After several calls and messages still nothing.
