JD Designs is a residential building design firm established in 1987. Jennifer Davis, president of JD Designs, has more than 25 years experience in the building design industry. A graduate of San Jose State University with a Bachelor of Science degree in interior design, Jennifer is past president of the California State Society of the American Institute of Building Design (AIBD) and is currently a member of the Colorado State Society of AIBD.
JD Designs provides a full range of building design services. We can also secure engineers, contractors and any other outside consultants required so that you have a single point of contact for your entire project. I have been in the remodeling industry for more than 32 years. I have seen many "designers" come and go. I have had the privilege of working with Jennifer Davis on many occasions, and I have always been impressed with the accuracy of her designs. Her attention to detail reflects my own personal approach; perhaps that's why I look forward to working from her drawings.
