Geoffrey, the owner of PEGASUS Design-to-build, created the company in 2003. Geoff grew up in Richmond, Virginia and received a degree in Management Information Systems from Virginia Commonwealth University in 1986.
Geoff handles the inner-workings of PEGASUS; in addition to overseeing long-term planning for the company, he consults with potential clients case-by-case to figure out how PEGASUS may best assist them, as well as creating construction estimates for new clients.As an experienced builder, Geoff takes pride in delivering exactly what is promised, on schedule and at the guaranteed price.

At first we had a great experience with PEGASUS - the team was professional and attentive to our needs.
We ended up getting an initial estimate range for our project which we felt fairly comfortable with so we decided to move forward with the design process which they charged for. We get to keep the designs and we ended up liking most of them. So far so good.
The crew came out to get a firm quote for the work and it was much, much higher than the initial estimate. We asked if there was a way to get it in the range that they initially provided. Nope.
After investing many months and quite a bit
