Summit Clean Air

Leo put heating air units in 3 of my cottage. Love them so much. I had him put the some in my 7 unit building in North park. My tenants love them. Leo is very professional and when he says he will be there. He is. I definitely recommend summit clean air. He don't need to look any further.

Leo and his team did a great job installing a new Daikin mini-split for an upstairs bedroom in my house that was getting too hot over the summer. The project was challenging because the outdoor unit had to be mounted on the roof of my house, which is hard to access. Leo was very professional and he worked with me to make sure that the electrical for the system was cleanly installed and would look nice from the outside of my house. The installation turned out great and it looks very nice and finally I have cool air in my upstairs bedroom!

Leo was very helpful. Replaced entire HVAC and upgraded to the finest technology available at a very fair price. We are looking forward to saving on our monthly utilities now.

Leo and his team are great. I saw 3 other companies to replace my entire HVAC system for our 2,300 sft home. They came in and Leo identified everything that needed to done and explained why. He also have me options which was different than the other companies. I didn't feel I was being sold to or pressured. Leo knows his technical info aswell which was great, running HVAC company in the past myself... Can't say enough about Leo and Summit Clean Air. He was prompt, communicative, and professional. We needed a new furnace in our rental property - had 2 other companies come to see the job first who either couldn't do the work timely or were ridiculously expensive.
Was referred to Leo who came to review the job the next day, called to discuss and provide quotes that afternoon, and the new furnace was installed 3 days later, at a reasonable price point.

Got summit air clean to perform a deep cleaning. Contacted them after receiving a promotion coupon.

I have to say I was skeptical after reading the yelp reviews. But still went through and I can say now that I am happy I did. Cost was worked out earlier for the deep cleaning.

What stood out for me was that they were non-pushy. I had already seen the vents (probably not cleaned for 15 yrs) and knew what was required. I was ready/expecting the high-pressure sales pitch, which never came. A few options were discussed over my initial assessment. I was getting the air ducts cleaned for my baby, and

Responding to a Groupon type offer for whole house duct cleaning at a very low cost, Leon and
his crew showed up and immediately began to engage me in a very high-pressure sales pitch

Yup, typical upsell of all services experienced here. The $89 "All Ducts Cleaned" Special, does not include the vent "scrubbing", nor the heating unit cleaning/inspection, nor a dozen other HVAC system items listed for billing/cleaning on their invoice. bottom like, you will be lucky if you get your HVAC system "cleaned" for under $800. For around 4 hours of work, that must be one heck of a profitable business, as that is 3+ times the price I pay for per hour for highly skilled handymen for my businesses, and the guy who did this cleaning was definitely not a plumber

It's been a year since I've had Summit Clean Air services and this time I called about my A/c because it wasn't cooling down the house. It was reading 76 inside when it was set to 69 degrees. Leo and his team came out and investigated my system. Well my filters were dirty and the freon was low. They cleaned my filters and topped the unit off now my house can withstand the summer heat. Oh did I mention they quoted me the best price out of 4 other companies. I will continue to trust them with my unit as long as they continue to have great services and professionals on their team. For $49 I was promised they would clean my ducts and inspect other ducts at a value of $225. About fifteen minutes into the "cleaning", SEAN called (from 619-6*3-22-3*) me and says that I have issues and need to do this and that and its going to be $900. This is a bate and switch company and they hook you by their $49 price and then switch it up on you.

I had summit clean air came by to service the air duct system. My wife and I were suffering with allergies every time we would use the Ac / heating system .
Our allergies are much better now after the air duct cleaning . Leo was very professional and nice and gave us good service . I would recommend them to everyone.

I'm baited by this Leo guy as well. I also got charged for $1000 and Leo tried to sell me everything he can. I purchased 2 air filter in which cost me almost $100 a piece but never receive tracking for the shipment as he promised and never got a return phone call. I will call my credit card company and dispute this charge and report it as fraud. Living social should be careful to advertise these fraud service...

I found Leon through a Living Social deal under the business name Better Clean USA. For $49 I was promised they would clean my ducts and inspect other ducts at a value of $150.00. Well, two minutes into the operation, Leon calls a halt to the duct vacuuming saying he thinks there might be asbestos in the glue that connects my metal ductwork and they take a bunch of photos of the lint accumulation up there and the bill to clean it all up suddenly became $5,500. After repeatedly telling Leon I did not have that kind of money right now as I had just purchased this house and would not be buying today
