Solar Conserves projects transform economically underutilized land into a clean energy source. Solar Conserves is an independent company that is dedicated to putting landowners together with large community. At Solar Conserves, we believe in the future of solar energy. Our team is constantly searching for large tracts of land to buy or lease through long-term 25+ year leasing agreements.

Our founder, Mike Digregorio, searches for prime solar farm properties throughout New Hampshire & Maine. We work as an independent contractor for big solar developers. Our large-scale projects can sometimes take up to a year or more to complete. If you would like an opportunity to put your unused land to work and start putting good money into your pocket, then we'd love to hear from you.

Services
We try to anticipate questions you might have about our PRODUCT / SERVICE and provide the answers here. With the exception of legal fees for reviewing of contracts and setting up family trusts if necessary, all cost is provided by the solar developer. What is the difference between the (LOI) and the full " Land lease Option and Lease Agreement?"
Solar Conserves projects transform economically underutilized land into a clean energy source that meet long term energy needs. Benefits to land owners include predictable yearly income with no overhead costs, maintenance or responsibility. Long, generous lease terms mean landowners can rely on their land to be a source of healthy passive income while preserving land ownership for future generations.
Solar leases aren't overly complicated. Essentially the solar developer is a tenant on your property. We develop solar farms that produce clean energy which is then sold. The landowner receives the lease payments for the use of the land once construction is complete. The solar farm covers all expenses associated with installation, permitting, metering and maintenance as well as decommissioning at the end of project.
