We are in the process of remodeling our home as well as adding an ADU. Vivian and Kevin have been super patient with us in our design plans and helping us get them onto paper! House Arte is a talented husband and wife team with vision. We hired them as part of a kitchen/living room remodel a couple years back and were blown away by how they creatively rearranged our layout so that we could have more space and better utilize our home.
They were the picture of professionalism from start to finish. Vivian came in and started going through ideas right away. No one has spent more time in our house than us, so we thought for sure e had the best idea of what might work best when renovating our space. In no time, she had come up with a couple layouts that were far better!

We had an idea of how we wanted to transform our ugly duckling fixer upper, a general rendering of how we wanted it to look, and some "wish list" pictures from Pinterest when we initially met with them to discuss our project. To our surprise, they came back to us in probably less than 2 weeks with a design that perfectly captured our vision.
We couldn't be more happy with how our house went from literally the ugliest on the block to the one of the most beautiful.
I would highly recommend Vivian and Kevin.

We started with an idea, and had a layout that we designed for our new ADU that we wanted to build. After talking with House Arte, Vivian came up with a new design/layout that was so much better than we could have imagined. It had what we wanted and fit in our space. If I could give ZERO stars, I would. First off, the GOOGLE reviews you see are fake. Vivian bribes people with a "free video" of their plans if they leave a GOOGLE review. If you want a more accurate review of House of Arte, look at the YELP reviews. Not a legitimate business - no business license - just a couple using an app out of their home. Vivian and Kevin start off very kind but the unfortunate fact is, it's an act. First and foremost, there is a blatant lack of integrity with House of Arte - their website has fake pics. My project was a custom home and they have never completed anything

Kevin and Vivian were wonderful to work with. They listened to all of our ideas and gave us even more creative options we hadn’t thought of for our major remodel of our home. We used House Arte for a major remodel of our kitchen, living, dining rooms, mud room, bathroom. We had a phenomenal experience with Vivian & Kevin. They were the perfect team & we were 100% happy with the design (and still are now that we're 'living it'!). They were collaborative, responsive, pleasant to work with and had great ideas. The computer program that Vivian uses allowed us to 'see' the design, which was incredibly helpful. I'd definitely recommend them.

We had a wonderful experience with Vivian & Kevin! We were referred to Vivian by a home builder because we needed someone who could do a 3D modeling of a home plan we'd done with another architect. She modeled the existing plan and once we saw what it would look like, we realized the 1st architect's plan was not what we had in mind. We hired Vivian to redesign our home. She listened to how we wanted the home to feel and to function. Then she went to work on bringing it to life. What she came back with was so much better than what the 1st architect had designed. It felt warm and inviting and functioned

Vivian did a fantastic job listening to my ideas for my home makeover and translating them into a beautiful digital design. Even though I thought I knew everything I wanted, she found multiple ways to blend in new concepts and improve the design to a whole new level. I'd highly recommend Vivian if you want someone who can listen to your wants and turn them into something much more in an easy-to-understand digital walkthrough!

I have been working with Kevin and Vivian since 2015 on a house redesign. They provided many great designs for the project. They have been such a great help with all the issues we have had with the city and permitting. The project has had some bumps but Kevin and Vivian keep open communications and answer any questions or concerns I had. I recommend their services to anyone for design projects big or small.
