JS has provided high quality installation and service. We want our customers to be thrilled with the professional design of their sprinkler system and the neatness of the installation. Landscapers do not specialize in sprinkler systems, leaving many clients with a poorly designed system. It is our specialty.

J's Landscape was really helpful with fixing a big leak with our sprinkler system. They answered my call right away and were over at my house to start repairs within a few hours. They got the issue fixed same day and the quality of the repairs looks great. Lastly, they were very nice, helped explain to me what the problem was and what my options were, and were upfront about the price. Overall, I was very impressed and would go back to them for future landscaping needs!

Carlos and team were amazing to work with. He came by the same day I originally called him and showed me turf samples. He gave me pricing that evening. He was really responsive, professional, friendly, worked with our budget, and the turf is awesome. He showed up early and always communicated about his schedule. We had a lot of rainy days to deal with. After his turf work was complete we asked him to do concrete work as well and it turned out great. I’m picky, and he impressed me a ton! Carlos and his team did a new irrigation system for our front lawn and 3 garden beds. They did a great job and Carlos returned at the end of the day to show us how to set up the app/timer. We also hope to do turf in our back yard before next summer and we'll be calling JS Landscaping for that project too. We would highly recommend them!

Mr. Sanchez may be young but comes w/significant experience and knowledge.
His approach is rapid and professional yet personal.
Within a short time, he installed an irrigation system for the rain garden in the front yard so the plants should make it through the droughts.
He will soon be invited back for artificial turf in the backyard!

Carlos and his team were extremely effecient! They exceeded our expectations in all areas of the project. His team accomplished more in 1 day than my husband and I could have in 1 month. We had an old sprinkler system that was cracked and above ground. They move the system, installed a new system, and combined our two controllers into 1. These guys are the best! I had a previous sprinkler installation that was a mess and non functioning. Carlos and his team installed better sprinkler heads, got the old system working in areas that I wanted to keep running and upgraded the control system. They were fast, neat and professional. Carlos’ direct approach, understanding and explanation were very much appreciated. Additionally, the bid presented was the finished costs with no hidden fees or adjustments, even with the changes and additions I made. Next up, retaining walls and likely more. Outstanding!

Carlos and his team did a fantastic job! He came out the same day I contacted him for an estimate. He worked within our budget and got our project done in 1.5 days. We have a small yard and wanted to get pet/kid friendly turf and patio installed. It was a great pleasure working with Carlos! He was very professional, knowledgeable, quick to provide an estimate for our landscaping project and very attentive to the details. What was initially estimated to take 3 days to complete ended up being done in a day and a half, yet still with the utmost quality. Carlos and his team were phenomenal!! It has been one month since he completed our yard and fence project and we are still thrilled with the result. After we requested several bids from companies, he came over the same day to provide an estimate. He was knowledgeable and suggested we use ecology blocks rather than paver blocks to extend our yard and flatten a large slope. His quote was reasonable, which included the retaining wall, filling with dirt, seeding grass, and fencing the entire perimeter of our back yard.
