Critical: Professionalism
The woman who answered the phone was very blah and unprofessional. She answered with "hello" instead of leading with the name of the company. After I gave her my info, she IMMEDIATELY charged my credit card and a technician didn't even show up. I do not recommend this company at all!

A1 Locksmith came to unlock the deadbolt on a condo. They gave me a 2-4 hour window. On the phone, they communicated that they would call when they were 20 minutes out so I could ensure I was at the condo when they arrived. They called WHEN they arrived so I started to drive over. When I arrived 15 minutes later, they were gone. I called back and she told me they moved onto the next job. When she came back, she was unable to unlock the deadbolt. I paid $70 for no success of the service.

Robin was fantastic! After my car was stolen, with the key to our home attached, we called on a Saturday morning to have our locks changed. She was out, in about an hour, and changed all of our locks. She did a great job. I would highly recommend this company!
