Not a reliable or professional business. I went through there website "contact us" to get information on getting 380ft if fencing replaced. I left details about what we wanted. On November 17th they called and were kinda rude. Explain they were returning my message. It was an awkward call considering I messaged about a bid and the guy seemed a little rude and cold but we stumbled through and he told me he would be out on Thursday or Friday. I figured some people are just not made for bubbly customer service and that he's a busy contractor. Never heard from him again... for a 10-15k job in cash

Yep, this is the company I should have used when I had the backyard fenced!!!
I'm horrible with names, I think his name was Jim..Well, he and Ramon did an excellent job with my front yard fence. My lot is not level and it was a challenge for them to get the fence up level since my lot is so messed up! Just two days. Posts in and set for a day, next day - fence.
Been a couple of weeks now, and it still looks great and the gates function well.

I called to get an estimate on a fence for my place of employment. The man who answered the phone gave me his prices per foot over the phone so I had to figure out the estimate myself. I called back again just this morning and Jim answered again. I asked him if he could come out and do an estimate as my boss wanted a "written" estimate and he was very rude about it. I told him as much and said, "Nevermind". I'll take my business elsewhere and would recommend everyone else does as well.
