Bob and Jack took the time to sit down and review all of their products to my wife and I and how they integrate together to work as 1. They were very informative and responsive to our questions and concerns. After we agreed to a system, their techs were out in a timely manor and installed the system, showing us step by step how to operate. We have used Innovative for 13 years and are very pleased with the quality of the equipment and the knowledge and service of the company. Camera resolution is very good. Technology changes everyday and this smaller company can move much more quickly than the giant companies. Highly recommend! Jack is local and they respond quickly to your needs.

I recently had high def cameras installed on my daughter's home. I was very impressed with the obvious knowledge and confidence of the installers. They were very professional and courteous.
