I recently called ABC Consulting. I was inquiring about a potential foundation inspection. I didn’t quite catch the gentleman’s name who answered but he was very courteous and even advised me to seek a good drywall company first. More often than not, companies want to sell their products/services regardless if it is beneficial or not for their customers. I was very pleased with our interaction even though no services were done!

Fadi in 2009 I had a property in Suffolk that I remodeled and they were very helpful in the process of providing the information that I needed for the city as far as the engineering plans for rebuilding foundation and other projects to complete a duplex to proper code thank you so much for your help

Fadi is creative and has a 3D vision! He had changed the floor plan of my future townhouse to create more useful space than I expected. When the contractors saw the changes, they built the rest of the townhouses following Fadi’s plan. When I moved in, the contractors asked me repeatedly to show my place as a model. We had a situation where we needed a professional opinion regarding a possible structural issue. Fadi was able to come out, almost immediately, and provide an expert inspection. He was knowledgeable and personable and gave detailed guidance on how to resolve our issue. He also provided all the documentation necessary to satisfy our lenders demands. Fadi and ABC Consulting could not have attended to our needs more thoroughly. The top quality of their service was impeccable and refreshing.

With a sagging roof, we needed to contact an engineering firm to get an inspection and report to detail what needed to be fixed. Upon contacting ABC Consulting on Tuesday, we received a call back very quickly and a contract was drawn up and signed that day. Kimberly called on Wednesday to schedule an appointment for Fadi to come out on Thursday morning. Fadi was on time and within an hour had completed his inspection. By Friday morning, we had a very detailed report that we will be able to hand to a contractor to get the work done. Kimberly and Fadi were very professional, efficient and knowledgeable

I do not exaggerate when I say that Fadi was the kindest and most honest person I've spoken to regarding the issues with my home. It was refreshing to speak to someone who truly cared about my concerns and not just about money. He gave me good advice and options to consider without scaring me to death (very sweet). The admin was also just as lovely. I would absolutely recommend this company to anyone looking for a structural engineer.

ABC Consulting Inc is your best option for an engineering firm in the Hampton Roads area! We used ABC Consulting Inc for a structural review of a residential property, including a general opinion and thorough inspection of a few questionable areas. I am familiar with working with engineers and structural issues in homes, but ABC and Fadi were among the best that I have had the opportunity to work with. From the initial inquiry on a Sunday evening, I had an email reply within 10 minutes! We had a wall in our home that we wanted to open up and install a beam. Fadi was very professional and helpful! Not only did he exceed expectations for what we paid him to do (structural report), but also made himself available after delivering the report to consult with us throughout the course of the construction.
