Had an emergency lock repair on my work trailer today. I was completely blown away how they immediately came to the rescue and did the job. And a hard job at that. The Father/Son team of Brian and Todd and 2 other guys who were friendly, knowledgeable and professional. And we all shared a few laughs together as well! I was very glad that there was a locksmith in Bristol. I'm from out of town and locked myself out of my car at the beginning of long lasting thunderstorm. It didn't stop them or delay them at all. Great selection of safes and other security accoutrements. They have terrific customer service and a lot of technical knowhow. You can tell these guys like what the do and it shows.

I'm willing to bet any of the locksmiths could pick a 6+ pin lock with "spool" and other challenging security pins. I'm not talking about "raking" either, I'm talking single pin picking, old school style (yes I may know a bit about locksmithing).

Great customer service! I called today to have someone come out to cut a new set of keys & a remote replacement. Brian showed up within the hour I called. The service was fast & great. Very professional and could not be anymore pleased. Definitely will be using him again! 10 stars!

Nothing is ever too locked up or too complicated for this awesome company. We have needed them a few times over the past 4 years and they come, anytime and open the lock. Prices are extremely reasonable. If that's not enough, these guys are very nice and trustworthy. (They never make me feel like a idiot for locking myself out on a rainy Sunday.)

Action was recommended by my previous locksmith, who has retired. Asked Action to replace all my door knobs, as the old ones were tarnished and worn and am having my home remodeled, so asked for good quality (grade 2) passage knobs, which have no keyway/lock (which would mean no one could get locked out accidentally).

Action had to special order the knobs, but they were available in a few weeks and the price and installation were quite reasonable. Very happy with their professionalism and work. Will use them in the future for sure.

Granted it's a bit further away from it's route 13 and 6th avenue shop, but the new location on veterans highway is outstanding and full stocked, and with locks, that's a good thing
