We had a complete backyard overhaul on a budget … we started in June 2020 … Joe Garcia listened to our ideas and he came up with the most beautifully designed pool and landscaping that, now almost 8 months… later, delights us in ways we never thought possible.
We signed our contract under the COVID wire and while there were delays to get started, from dig to fill was a short wait. Our project manager Cody responded to all our inquiries and their online project management portal is outstanding and kept us informed on every step of the process.

I’m completely baffled on how this company operates — we were assigned Jonathan as our consultant. He came over for the consultation and we followed up with notes and inspiration pictures. He said he’d get us an initial design in two weeks. At four weeks we followed up and 3 days later got a comp that wasn’t as close to our final project as we… liked so we asked for some tweaks via email. Two weeks later, when we didn’t have a reply on that email, we checked back in. He asked if we were available for a call, we said yes, and then didn’t hear from him for

Unique did an amazing job of bringing our design to life. We love how everything came together and now have a beautiful space to use all year round. I will say the project did take longer than expected, but many of the delays were related to general industry delays due to COVID. The finished project was well worth the delays

Our transaction with this company was really poor. It's a shame it went the way it did. The Unique Sales guy came to our house and built out a beautiful pool with everything we wanted - 52k... After the CONTRACT went to the engineer team, they stated that many items in the drawing were not included in the contract. They refused to honor the drawing… and what their sales guy promised. We decided to part ways with the company and asked for our deposit back because it was their errors that led us to cancel. They claimed it was a "Wrongful Termination" and refused to give us the deposit. We

Unique Landscapes did a great job remodeling our pool and entire back yard patio space that was 19 years old and in need of a renovation. The professional team converted our pool from plaster to pebble,… covered our old cool decking with beautiful travertine tile, rebuilt our pool fountain and our outdoor BBQ kitchen area, and converted an old fireplace into a more functional fire pit. Our project lead, Bart, did a great job managing the different trades as they completed different parts of the project and was very easy to communicate with. We’ve built 2 pools with Chris and his team and couldn’t be happier. As a commercial architect I appreciate his attention to detail and his teams workmanship. They build everything to a higher standard than everyone else and it shows both in the aesthetics and performance. We will continue to use Chris and his team for all of our exterior pool and landscape projects as there is no comparison.
