Luckily, I only had 1 of 2 units out so I wasn't suffering unduly. Quality Air came out the day after I called them, and they had the unit repaired in about 20 minutes. My technician, Joseph, was very efficient, professional, and knowledgeable. This was my first experience with Quality Air, but they will be my go-to from now on!

The pros at Quality AC are the best. From the moment Cati answers the phone until Greg, Wes, and the team finish the project, their customer service, friendliness, knowledge, and experience are all outstanding. After keeping us comfortable for several years with service and repairs to our outdated unit, they replaced the entire system quickly and at the right price. Months later when we called with a concern Wes came out the very next morning. The problem turned out to be completely unrelated to the work they had done for us, but he cheerfully solved it for us anyway. Customer care done the right
