This company is not a professional company. Do NOT TRUST THIS COMPANY OR LET THEM INTO UR HOME.
They salesman kept calling for a very low& free service. After several calls, I decided to give them a try. It was the biggest mistake EVER.
They broke our unit & couldn't get it to work again( NYE) & 2nd person had no special equipment either! Stating it's an old unit.
Called the office again & again, and there's NO ANSWER!!
I had to look for another company on a New yrs Eve. Pay close to $300 to fix the furnace temporarily, till we can get the unit replaced! This company

Took their $59.00 furnace tune up, and the guy showed and couldn't even
light the pilot light, spend almost an hour on the phone and gave me a verdict that my furnace and too old and will install a new one for $8,500. I called another company and replace copper tube gas line for $150.00 and now working fine. I consider this elderly abuse !

We had two AC units that decided to take an indefinite vacation in the middle of June. I called Avis and Chris came out. He was amazing! He addressed my concerns without writing me off as an idiot, and immediately went out of his way to get the AC fixed. He was honest and gave us tips on maintaining our new units. We decided to replace both units and got an unbeatable quote!
Lorenzo came out the next day, did the installation, cleaned up after himself, and left when he said he would. I 100%recommend these guys!!! Thank you Lorenzo and Chris!

Our AC went out a few days ago and after getting a few really scary quotes from two other companies, we scheduled a free estimate with Avis. We decided to go with them because their prices were fair and reasonable and Hector seemed more knowledgeable than the other guys we called. We felt confident in what he told us and it didn’t take long for Hector to have our AC running. He took care of the entire installation process and our AC is up and running again!

Mike and his crew are a great team of AC installers! From now on, Avis has my business and I will refer them to all my friends and fam. Mike recharged my freon pretty quickly and told me how to spot problems with the condenser. After taking a look at the AC, he found a few loose parts and fixed it up for free. Call anyone else, and they’ll charge you just for asking a question!

My grandmother used this service, they came out to inspect her air conditioning unit. It was working fine just an annual inspection. He tore the unit apart, damaged panels and the ductwork going into the attic. Left it in pieces and told her it needed repairs. Quoted her 650 for a quick fix and even more for it to be "done right". Now she's paying thousand to repair the damage this company did. The unit was installed in 2015, nothing was wrong with it just needed to be serviced. Do not hire this company, they take advantage of old lady's.

On one of the warmer days last week, and in preparation for the upcoming summer months, I turned on my ac to cool my house only to find it wasn't working! This company replaced my furnace and a/c about 4 years ago and have provided annual service since. Their technician, Chris arrived on time to service my furnace and allowed me to observe what he was doing. He found an issue with the furnace starting capacitor showing me the low voltage reading and recommended replacement which I approved. These guys were 20 min late past the window to get here and I threw them out 5 minutes after being here. I have a 1400 square foot home and he wanted to sell me a $12,000 tankless water heater within three minutes and hadn't asked one question about my home. Be very leery of this company. They had called because they were "in the area" and thought we may need service on our unit. We have always used Capistrano air but decided to try them as They were running a $69 special. They showed up on time which was great, but then proceeded to tell us that we had $675 worth of work that needed to be done to the unit. "Bad igniter switch due to dirty filter". This company was offering a $69 special fall tune-up and called me to see if I was interested. Because my a/c just stopped working (fan was blowing but had no cool air), I decided to take them up on their offer. I made an appointment. Their technician could not make it during the window-of-time they allotted, so I canceled the appointment. They continued to call to reschedule and I finally made a 2nd appointment. Showed up with mask, that's last positive thing I can say. These dirtbags quoted my family and I $15-$20,000 for a new unit. We got a 2nd opinion and the ACTUAL problem (needs duct work and coolant is low). quote from new company was a fraction of that amount for new coolant and duct work. The main issue was the absurd quote as well as not diagnosing the issue correctly (lied to my face). You guys are repulsive. Hope you go out of business soon, scums. After we discussed this on the phone, we were called rude? Hilarious.

Jorge Cardenas first contacted us in February 2020 asking if we needed maintenance on our HVAC system. We decided that would be a good idea, and Jorge scheduled a service appointment for us. As soon as the company's technician walked through the door he realized we had a BIG problem. I would recommend Avis Home Solutions for heating and air conditioning service. This was for a yearly call. My unit is only a few years old and is doing fine. The technician, Victor, was very friendly and courteous. He was quick, thorough and answered all my questions. He had a suggestion of which I did not feel at this time was necessary due to the fact that I do use heat and air unless I need to. We had gotten cold calls from this company in the past & since they were local and a small family owned business we decided to use them when our Air Conditioner was due for service. The tech that came out was Victor, he was on time, wore a mask (which we really appreciated do to the Covid-19 virus) and was very pleasant. Victor did and excellent job and informed us as to what he was doing & checking for which we also appreciated. Enrique and Ricardo were able to get my unit serviced and running like new!! They were able to tell me what the problem was with 15 mins and advised me of the options to get it fix. I did a full tuned up.!!
The company was very responsive and communicated well. They even called and asked if they were able to stop by earlier.

My AC was acting up and I couldn't figure out what was wrong with it after extensive online research. I gave up and decided to call these guys for help. The gentleman who helped me out was named Enrique, he not only identified the problem right away, but explained to me the reasons behind it and how to prevent it in the future. I will definitely be letting my friends and family know that Avis Home Solutions is the place to go.

Leah who was the woman that dispatched my call was very pleasant to work with, and I'll say she was on top of her game. She told that my service window was between 9am and 10am and that I would receive a courtesy call prior to let me know when my technician would arrive. I absolutely LOVE this. He came to my home for a service and notified me that he could repair the unit. He walked me through what would be needed and how to maintain the current unit of my ac. I then asked if he could replace my unit by me purchasing a new one since the maintenance of the old unit seemed like a hassle.
He showcased me several options but recommended me a unit best for my home layout.
The work was done nicely. No issues.
He was also nice to my kids despite my kids asking him a bunch of questions
