I manage a condo in Delray that consists of 10 3 story buildings, a clubhouse and 69 garages. After 10 years of using Molsbee Roofing for our roof repairs, we decided to contract Molsbee Roofing for our re-roof project. Used Molsbee Roofing again after they installed a flat roof in 2018. Worked with Doug who was very helpful. Very good crew who cleaned up every day, anything that was missed was taken care of the next day. We got a metal roof and there were some small issues ( as expected) and either Doug or Zak ( the project manager) got on it immediately, they make a great team. Doug always replied to my calls or e-mails. They want things to go smoothly as much as the customer does. This is a well established company who has been in business for several years. I would rather use an honest roofing company like

For a company who prides itself with their slogan “a company with integrity “, they forgot an integral part of doing business “customer satisfaction“.
8 months to do the job!
We kept quiet. I had a flat tire, gutter destroyed ( they credit us $275 toward it), curb side destroyed ( they credit us 1k toward it).
Second floor a complete disaster. They re-plastered & painted. Looks worst then before. All we asked was “put an aluminum strip to take care of the problem “. Nope!
We paid them in full. Three weeks later, waiting for them to fix the problem.
Shame.
We wish we never hired

Molsbee Roofing “A roofing company with integrity” right up until the point they actually have to be responsible. I had to get a new tire because they seemingly can’t do something so simple as to not leave nails laying around. The owners response was “I don’t want to pay for a new tire” guess what? I didn’t want to have your nail in my tire. I didn’t want to have to get a new tire but had to because the nail was in the side wall. I didn’t want to have to sit in a waiting room for three hours to have the tire replaced. I didn’t want to have to continually call your company looking

The workers are wonderful. They were helpful and detailed with us. My complaint is with Doug and the office. We've had nothing but problems with Doug giving us the correct info. We were told one thing prior to contract and then once we signed everything changed. We were told everything would be able to be done for all roof deductions with our home owners insurance. After we signed we were told at five o'clock PM the night before they started they dont do those things and if we wanted it done we needed to find a general contractor. We've also had issues with the general

Great company. They are efficient very informative how to prep before they come to start working on your roof. They also took care to cover your plants and also remove any that might be in there way. Clean up was great they made sure to remove nails on the ground. Awesome way to go Molsbee Team.

Mark Molsbee and his team did an excellent job across the board. The crews arrived on schedule. They were orderly and organized, made sure their vehicles and equipment were not in the way, and cleaned up each day before they left. The office staff is polite, friendly and efficient, staying on top of everything and keeping you apprised. Molsbee Roofing delivers quality work at a fair price. Highly recommended.

I got three estimates, theirs landed in the middle. I chose Molsbee Roofing because they conducted themselves very professionally from start to finish. The Man giving the quote, the crew did an excellent job, very neat and the Woman in the office answered all my questions promptly.

Called reference a roof leak. I asked female answering phone if door work in N Broward said, yes. Then mentioned I have a leak maybe need to fix it or need new roof. Female said, we do not come to Broward for repairs only for whole roof. Female then wanted all my information and I questioned why if won't come to Broward for my work. From that point the female had an attitude. Unbelievable. I got an attitude just trying to see if they can help. I am the one that contacted Molsbee Roofing and took my time to do it. You can image using a company that starts off with an attitude what would happen
