Septic tanks should be pumped every two to three years to maintain a healthy septic system. RCI Septic Service will send a reminder when it is time to get your septic tank pumped. The price to pump a septic tank varies, depending on the size of the tank. It is generally between $225-$325. Residential tank sizes range from 1000 gallons to 1500 gallons.
Know where your septic tank is in relation to your home. Know where the access cover for your septic tank is. Generally, it can be buried a few inches beneath the soil. Some tanks have a riser, which brings the cover level with the ground, allowing easy access. Knowing this will help save time and money when RCI Septic Service comes to pump or troubleshoot your septic tank.

I had several estimates and RCI was by far the best price. You know someone provides a great service when other septic installation companies recommend them. Rich and his team did great work and followed through on everything they promised. They even took great care with my sprinkler system so that I could easily stitch it all back together when they were finished. I'd give 6 stars if I could!

Had an appointment and they never showed for 2 days. I called and the owner didn’t even care and was extremely arrogant. The least they could have done was call and explain why the appointment was missed. Must have so many customers that they just don’t need my business or care. Pathetic.

Just purchased a home and took the gamble on the septic. Called Rich looking for a quick overview / unofficial inspection. Came out 30 hours later and helped me find the tank and all other related parts.
Taught me the essentials of my system, popped lids, used the camera etc.
Had some recommendations, could have gotten a pump service out of me too, but he was honest and said i didn't need one.
Call these guys if you want a NO BS approach.

Honestly the *best* septic company in southern NH! Rich is fair and the most honest in the business! Our system was in full system failure and Rich worked with us to keep us in the home until the weather allowed construction to begin. And by working with us, I mean, pumping out our full tank every other week since it obviously was not draining to the failed leach field. After 2 or 3 times of doing such, he would show up unannounced to pump (knowing it had to be almost full). Other quotes in the area brought complications with how to get heavy equipment in to boxed in backyard leach field (one company

Called and talked to the person in office and had said our septic was backing up and would like someone to come out as soon as possible. I was then told that rick would call back no one ever called awful service! If you can't do the job then say so. So I can call someone else. Pretty cappy to leave someone hanging like that.

RCI Septic Services was a God send to us last Friday. After enduring a very stressful and difficult situation which a fence installation which caused damage to our septic pipes, RCI came in and saved the day (on VERY short notice). They were extremely professional, knowledgable, and went above and beyond to help resolve the issue. We will definitely be recommending and using RCI Septic Service again in the future!

We had our leach field replaced recently, and RCI did a great job. Rich, RCI owner,
is extremely knowledgeable and honest. He took the time to prove to us that our leach field needed replacing unlike another company who did not. Rich did not surprise us with any additional charges in spite of several unanticipated challenges during our project. He takes a lot of pride in his work and provided several extra touches that we had not requested when it came to grading and reseeding our lawn. Great company to work with.

I hired RCI Septic Services to remove some very large stumps and to build a retaining wall from the large rocks that were on the property. I was extremely pleased with the whole experience. From giving an estimate to finishing the job, Rich Innie was prompt, professional, and courteous. The wall and surrounding area came out beautifully and the site was left clean.
