They required that I put my credit card on file. I needed a new water heater and knew exactly what type and size was needed. They sent someone out just to see what unit they needed to order, even though I already told them what was needed. The secretary was rude when I called them back and I decided to go with another company. I didn’t consent to a consultation charge and they charged my card against my request anyway. I won’t consider using this company again.

When I met Mr. Dansey this past spring, and learned of his company, I gave them a call. They put me on the schedule, and the guys arrived on time. They were courteous and professional, got to work and in short order completed the repairs. The service charge was reasonable, and the service beginning to end was excellent! They've been back twice since that original call, and every time I've been very pleased. Thanks Dansey team!
