I hired WM Plumbing Septic Tank to perform a septic tank INSPECTION. We're renovating our home, including replacing the drainage plumbing, so we needed to have our septic tank located and inspected. I called the owner and described the reason for my request. He said they can perform the INSPECTION.
CAUTION: please be aware that they are NOT authorized to issue DH4015 to the Department of Health. In my case, I needed a CERTIFICATION rather than an INSPECTION. They can perform an inspection, but then you cannot use the inspection in a certification to the department of health. They are NOT authorized

So, I have never written a review prior to receiving services but...this is the exception! I have a very specific issue that our company was trying to address and everywhere I called just recommended that I call someone else because they didn't offer the service I was asking for. I then called WM Plumbing and spoke to Gabriel. Instead of doing what everyone else had and sending me on my way, he asked me several questions to determine exactly what it was I needed. He then spent 10 minutes speaking with me, educating me about certain issues and why they exist, and then helped me make a plan to solve

WM Plumbing showed up during a Google search for "commercial plumbers in Miami". When I talked with the owner he assured me of his experience with commercial grease trap installations as well as knowledge of dealing with DERM and the City of Miami.
The process was slow, but more due to the government red tape than anything else. Then Covid-19 hit and every process had to evolve. Overall it took two years to complete the process, but I cannot be more grateful for WM Plumbing's persistence and due diligence in getting us over the finish line. I would use them again.

Gabriel and his team are excellent! Very seldom do you find a business owner like Gabriel who actually reaches out to you on numerous occasions to see how the work is coming along and to see if you need anything else. They keep you up to date with every detail and are very transparent. Overall this company is extremely responsive, diligent and personable. I would definitely recommend them to anyone. Had a valve issue on my water heater. Called WM Plumbing. Within 1 hr., I had a technician at my house repairing the valve and a spigot at the side of the house. David Harold (tech) was fantastic, clean, efficient and friendly. Later that night, I noticed a leak at the valve body (not from their work but a faulty part from Lowe's). I emailed the company and at 8:00 am on the dot, I received an email from owner and a call from the tech. What a great company. It's almost impossible to find a more responsive company nowadays. If you need plumbing done, use them. The prices are good and the service

What can I say - I had an excellent experience with this company! WM Plumbing cleaned my Dad's tank as well as mine and the service was great! They were fast, efficient, and professional. This was my first experience with a septic tank and Gabriel went out of his way to walk me through the whole process and was kind enough to answer all of my questions. I highly recommend this company - they are absolutely wonderful.
