J&I responded quickly and was able to come out and diagnose the problem with our heater the same day. Great communication and customer service. Miguel did a great job for us and he was professional and friendly. Problem fixed and our heater is working again.

Highly recommend "J & I Heating and Air Conditioning". From front office to Juan the HVAC Technician. Immediate and consistent contact via text of confirmation of appointment. Status the day of before arrival, details of services completed and recommendations. Juan was polite, Professional and knowledgeable.

Juan was great! He was able to help me out. I emailed the company last night around 9:00 pm. By 9:10 pm they emailed me back with a time. They confirmed this morning and by 3:00 pm today my AC was working again. Juan was informative and knew his stuff. Great job!

Very knowledgeable and took the time to explain the process. Had a 40" by 20 filter vent I have been meaning to replace. I pulled it out and he installed it for me at no charge. He was very nice through the whole process. I will definitely use them again.

Juan was So Respectful and professional! He went above and beyond to help keep our home clean and thoroughly checking our AC system. He was also very honest in telling me that everything was functional and no hurry on replacement. I love the no pressure honesty and will definitely be asking for Juan when it's time to do our system upgrade.
