We recently used Reliance to repair a broken underground PVC pipe for drainage and they did an amazing job. Everyone that worked on this project was extremely professional. We have used Reliance for many years now and we consider them the "big guns". They are a bit pricey but will do the job correctly and make sure that the customer is happy with the end result. I would recommend this company anytime.

Brian Allen was amazing. I had a million questions and he was so patient with me, and really broke it down so I understood what he was doing at all times. The helper that came with was great as well. He even helped me find an oil solidifier, so we were able to get rid of grease in the garbage instead of down the kitchen sink. It has been an overall great experience, and will definitely be asking for Brian specifically if we have any other issues.

David was professional and courteous. Both he and his coworker were masked and careful when entering the house. He asked what were the problems I was having with my toilets and then went about exploring what might be the issues. He explained the breakdown of what service options I could choose from and the cost of each service. He understood that I needed to communicate with my spouse and he waited while I got the response. Once we agreed on a course of action they got to work right away. They were very fast and clean with the repairs. I was very pleased with the work.
