We ordered a sectional back in late February, early March. Even had the sales lady come to our house for measurements/ideas. After deciding how big we wanted to be to best suite our needs for the room, we went ahead and ordered our sectional. We were 100% positive this new piece we just ordered was going to exceed the width of our windows, and utilize as much room as possible.
So the sectional was delivered just a few days ago and my wife called me at work saying our couch was delivered, but it is not nearly as big as what we thought we were getting. I then left a message with our sales lady explaining

As a local business owner myself, I am all about costumer service. I know some costumers can be difficult at times. We never know what the other person is going through at that time but it is my job as owner to provide great costumer service no matter what. I wanted to shop local and give my business to this local business which has good reputation and great selections of great quality products (not cheap), but after paying in full and told that because of Covid which we understand it was gonna take 8/12 weeks we then had to wait nearly 2 more months to get delivered and the owner instead of making

My wife and I decided it was time to update our living room, and are we glad we stopped in here. Dana was a joy to work with, providing options and selections we had not previously considered.
She adapted to our eclectic tastes and helped us come up with something we really like.
Prices were very competitive if not less expensive than some of the "name brand" stores in the area. Plus, we kept it local.
