We have 2 HVAC systems (each for 1/2 of the house) that heat and cool our home that we purchased 22 February 2017. We had trouble with the #2 rear AC. First American Home Warranty had a company from Jackson come out. They wanted to install a new HVAC system for about $10,000.00. First American Warranty Company refused to install a new system. Another company came from Memphis and got the AC running and told the Warranty Company that it was wired incorrectly. First American Home Warranty refused to pay Memphis Air. AC worked for 4 days. So, we used 1 system to cool the house and it ran a lot but
