I bought a property in HHI for a second home and for short-term rentals. I wanted to manage the property myself, however I needed a cleaning company to help with cleanings for check-outs. I stumbled on DCCI and I am SO glad I did. Admittedly, I was a bit nervous because I want everything for my renters to be perfect, but I knew immediately after talking with Eric that this was the perfect choice for me. Eric was the first person I called when my family became owners of a second home and in need of professional cleaning services in June 2019. While we couldn’t work together right away because my condo complex wasn’t then in his catchment area, Eric was a top notch professional, caring, personable, and provided great advice on what to look for when choosing a cleaning service company. Fast forward to September 2020: we have re-connected; DCCI now provides cleaning services to units in my condo complex and I have signed up for services beginning in October.
