Building your luxury custom home is a privilege, and we hope that by sharing Dixon Kazek Morrison's company philosophy we can earn your trust and confidence. Dixon Kazek Construction was established in 2001 by Steve Dixon and Jon Kazek. In 2010 we changed names to DKM Custom Homes, Dixon-Kazek-Morrison with the addition of a new partner Chris Morrison a long time superintendent who worked his way up the ranks to join Steve and Jon as co-owners.
I could go on and on about DKM Builders but in short, the house was finished in exactly 8 months, which is what they promised. They came in "under budget" and probably, by far, the most impressive for these young men, THEY COME BACK. We had some minor things that had to be taken care of after we moved in but they were always there for us.

DKM built our custom home in Destin Florida in 2018. Steve, Jon, and Chris were easy to work with, made great suggestions, and listened to our requests. We have built quite a few homes over the years, and we can truly say that DKM was the best home building experience we have ever had! Even three years after DKM built our home, we call Jon to ask advice on local contractors and he's always happy to help. If we could give them 10 stars ⭐ we would!!!
