Ken-Way Services was established in 1959 by Alvin Roen as a septic pumping and drain cleaning business that serviced the Rice Lake, WI area. Our business has since expanded its services and service area. We currently service a 40 mile radius of Rice Lake and go outside that service area in certain circumstances.

We, at Ken-Way Services, do not believe in using septic additives to your system. These additives are not needed for your system to work properly. The natural microorganisms that grow in your system generate their own enzymes that sufficiently break down and digest nutrients in waste water. Additives can cause major damage to your drain field and other areas in the collection system especially if they are overused.

I called Ken-Way on a Saturday morning for a sewer clog at my business. They re-prioritized their jobs to get to my business within a couple of hours. The issue ended up being quite large and took most of the day to resolve. They went above and beyond to get the job done right and done that day. They were extremely professional and friendly. I highly recommend Ken-Way!

New customer here. I called yesterday afternoon because I was concerned that our septic was getting too full. The lady who took my call was very courteous and informed me of the fees involved. She scheduled for this morning between 10am and noon. Truck pulled in at 10:30am and the service man was informative and did a great job !!

Ken-way was actually the second company to come to fix our main drain clog. The first one wasn't able to fix it after 2 separate visits. Kenway had the problem fixed in under 10 min! It was incredible! They even went above and beyond and cleared any root build up down the lines and dug up the pipe in question to make sure it wasn't broken. We won't have to call them back for awhile now. Seriously great company, John knew what he was doing and got it done quickly. He had another guy with him but didn't catch his name, he was good too :)

We rely on Ken-Way Services at our Birchwood home (conventional septic) and for service at our two vacation rental homes (both have holding tanks). I can't say enough good things about this company. Prompt, courteous, reliable, helpful - they've shared many tips on things we can do ourselves to prevent problems. Highly recommend and wouldn't think of using any other company!
