Ms Marla called me back shortly after missing my call, after first reaching out. She was very friendly and helpful, and was able to send out someone to my home to look at my problem and provide estimate that same day, and agreed on a later service appt date based on availability. The 2 men who came very just as friendly and nice, very professional. They did a great job figuring out the problem. They were only here to provide and estimate, but offered to do the job, once here, since it wasn't anything that required much time or work, which I was extremely appreciative for, considering it was already

Plumbers arrived on time and did a standard install of a water heater. Cost was way below Mike's-who wouldn't give an estimate and charged a $35 service call. I told them thank you, but no, and called Castro's. I'll call them again!

We were very happy with the work that Castro's plumbing did for us. They answered our phone call and they were able to send out repairmen the next day. We needed work done on our dryer vent, so it wasn't an emergency. The man on the phone spoke English, however the repairmen who came to our house did not. If you don't speak Spanish, you might want to request an English speaking repairman. The workers were very conscientious and professional. The next time we need a plumber, we will call them again.

I can't stress enough how wonderful this company is. I made a late evening call and the lady that answered was courteous and professional and had a plumber take care of our problem the next day. Reasonably priced and professional. I highly recommend them. We live in an older home with lots of plumbing issues. Waited and didn't come. Called and secretary said she forgot the time. After she said if we wanted to cancel, that would be fine with them. Horrible business. Took off work and now house is ruined. Don't wait for them! Get someone else!
