Consultant on Richardsville Elementary School in Bowling Green, KY - the nation's first Net-Zero school (completed 2010) and numerous K-12 Educational projects throughout the eastern United States. Finalist - World of Concrete's ICF Builder Magazine's Annual Design Competition in Las Vegas, NV - 2014, 2019, and 2021 for residential projects.

Legislative Summary Report

The commissioner of the Department of Environment and Conservation (TDEC) cannot impose post construction stormwater requirements more stringent than federal law in NPDES permits issued to local government municipal separate storm sewer systems (MS4s). This new requirement is the result of legislation advocated by the Home Builders Association of Tennessee (HBAT) and other building trade groups.

Awards 2017 Report

A third generation builder, Bert Singletary started in the home building industry back in the early '90's as a framer for many local builders. In the mid '90's Bert started working with homeowners directly on home additions and extensive remodeling.

A lifelong resident of the Clarksville area, Bryce returned home after earning a Bachelor's of Civil Engineering from Auburn University in 1996. License and began Providence Builders, LLC in the fall of 2004. Bryce and his family are active members of First Baptist Church of Clarksville, where he is a Yoke Fellow.
