Owner Samir Rekic immigrated to the United States from Bosnia with his family in 1998, settling in Missouri in 2005. He and his father Osman, a granite fabricator, worked tirelessly to get their small business off the ground. From humble beginnings, with father and son working 16 hour days in a small garage, Five Stars Granite has grown into a thriving business with over 20 full time employees working out of a beautiful showroom and warehouse.

If I could give them them zero star, I would. Their sales - Alyssa is an absolute liar and will lie to your face to get your business and deny it later. We are remodeling our kitchen and has been shopping around for quarts countertop, we decided to go with five star granite because it has the best price. The price includes a free sink, but none of their sinks are to our likings. So we asked Alyssa if we could get discount for using our own sink. She said no, the sink is included in the price, but

This company was recommended to me by a family member who used Five Stars Granite for their kitchen remodel. I must say my experience was a very frustrating and just down right sad attempt at business.
I had eight separate pieces, along with backsplashes, measured and cut, by them, for my home. Customer service was good, until the sale was made. Upon delivery, nearly every piece was chipped, there were pieces cut incorrectly with missing features, the entire front edge of the bar top was completely unpolished and a sizable chunk was missing on one corner, the backslash pieces were cut too short

NO STARS for five star granite! BEWARE!! The installers are incompetent and deceitful! The owner hung up on me, and then had his employee lie to me! The installers damaged my new floor, hacked into my new cabinets, didn't secure the countertop, nor caulk around the sink. After I complained,

Wonderful experience. We used Five Stars Granite for a kitchen with a bar. Plus a bathroom.
Do not bother going to Absolute Granite in St Louis. That is where I started on my quest to find a fabricator. I was about to sign with them, then decided to get a second quote from Five Stars Granite in St Peter's. Their price for the same slab was so much better there was no question I was going to go with Five Stars. I have a complicated layout and everything went well. Highly recommend them.

We used Five Star for our kitchen and laundry room in the fall and then again for our master bath and kids bathrooms this spring. Five Stars Granite owner and staff are all phenomenal people. They totally understand what customer service excellence is all about. I had granite installed last year in my kitchen (their cost was $1,000 less than anyone else in the St Louis area). Now I'm doing bathroom and wet bar. Samir, the owner, asked if I was retired military and he cut my cost down this second order tremendously. I highly recommend them to everyone.

We did an entire house remodel with Aiello Homes Inc. and used 5 Star Granite for granite countertops for our kitchen and two bathrooms. We used Five Stars Granite for our kitchen and bathroom remodel. Everything was almost perfect. More importantly, when it wasn't they went above and beyond to correct a mistake quickly. They installed almost 90 sq ft of granite countertops in our Kitchen for almost 1/2 the price we were quoted on the exact same color elsewhere. Love Love my new counter tops the service was above and beyond!! I am glad I went with 5 star Granite ! they worked with my budget and were great from the beginning to the end! The owner even stepped in cause he knew I was having family come in and he made sure the job got done. Their name says it all when it comes to their service and quality of work. From their assistance in choosing our slabs, to measuring for their templates, to the install itself, it was truly a pleasure to work with them. Even the owner himself came to be a part of our install job. They were careful, they took their time, they were meticulous, they were also courteous, but really fun to be around, as well. We used Five Star Granite to install a large kitchen countertop, two bathroom countertops and a back bar countertop. We chose some very high level granite. They took great care with the handling of this granite and its installation. We were treated very professionally and we are very pleased with installation. We have recommended Five Star to two other friends and they too were very pleased with their service and installation. We would highly recommend Five Star again!
