They don't stand by their word. Change the guidelines after we put down a big deposit. Its excuse after excuse. Its been over 3 month since we've put down $9,775 deposit and job hasn't even been started. Business didn't try to keep in touch with us unless we called them. Then they screened my calls, I called 4 times on my phone no answer then I call on my wife's phone and they answer on the first ring. I just want my deposit back, now they're saying there's a 20% fee for that. There was nothing about a 20% fee on my contract I signed with them. After sending a certified letter stating I would like

We used Shepherd Fence company after a friend did. This small, family owned company did not disappoint. The owner traveled a longer distance to serve us and make sure our needs were met. He and his staff also answered all questions in a timely manner and offered reasonable pricing for the type/style fence we requested. We couldn’t be happier with the service and our beautiful fence. All of our time is spent outdoors now! Highly recommend!!

I wanted a fence for my backyard. Their customer service was amazing. They answered all my questions and concerns. Extremely knowledgeable. Very understanding with my budget. They were flexible with meeting times, as well. They installed a 5 foot tall chain link fence AND the area is even larger than I thought I could afford. One of the best decisions I have made. I would say call them and see what they have to offer.
