Jeremy did an amazing job getting my tv wall mount installed, mounting tv, pulling all cables, and hooking up all my devices at our new house! Very professional, prompt, even wore a mask per my wife’s request (and per state guidelines of course). He even vacuumed up after he was done! I was very pleased with the service that was provided, and I believe this company to strive for the highest customer service!

Called Shawn and Stephanie when we had concerns of unstable family members and thieves with interest in cameras on my grandmother's home. After talking with them for a bit and listening to their suggestions, we agreed to their services for installation. They let us know when the equipment came in and when they had us scheduled for installation. Simply talking with them was wonderful.
Day of installation, they were objective focused and intent on completing the job. They also had an eye for placement, making sure entrances and dead spots were covered.

I live in a rural area and after experiencing problems with a weak signal for my cellphone and having numerous dropped calls, etc., I contacted Shawn McDowell, owner of Water Street Communications.
He told me that he could install a booster to improve the signal for my phone and once he finished with the installation, I immediately had the best reception on my phone that I have had while at home.
