My wife was told that ordering glass for my window would fix a leak and when it arrived she was told by the same employee that it wouldn’t fix the leak and the wrong size window was ordered for my window replacement. When they tried to install the glass that wouldn’t fix our window leak, my wife tried to ask if it would fix the problem the employee treated her like she was stupid for thinking that, even though he was the one that said it would fix it. When my wife called to try and get a refund for the now useless windows the owner refused and hung up on her. Never use this company!

Cumberland Glass installed mirrors in my bathroom 25 years ago. My husband and I recently had our bathroom remodeled and needed mirrors reinstalled. I reached out to schedule an appointment for an estimate. I was told that appointments could not be made; however, someone would call me when someone was in my area. I explained that my husband and myself worked outside of the home and asked we be called the day before so we could make arrangements to be there. I was told that is not how they did estimates. The lady added me to the list and told me they would call me. I was contacted twice to come
