We obtained 5 estimates to replace our 20+ year old roof. Shan was the lowest bid. We had Shan repair our roof on another property 10 years ago and were very happy with that experience. I’ve seen in some of the other reviews that Shan doesn’t try to upsell and I can report he did not do that with our project either. Shan is very easy to work with. His crew is phenomenal they worked non stop (except for lunch) from 7:30 am to 8:00 pm each day. They were very polite and professional. They left our property as clean as when they got there. Most big projects have something that needs to be fixed

Shan's team replaced my roof, gutters, and several sections of vinyl siding in the fall of 2019 using GAF shingles and underlayment, and I am very pleased with both the quality of the installation and how the roof has held up to punishing winds in my area. On July 29, 2021 a 70yd wide EF1 tornado with 95mph winds passed directly through my back yard, enveloping my home before passing through the front yard and continuing on for another 1/2 mile. Though the tornado knocked down 6 trees and severely damaged another 7 tree trunks on all sides of my home, not a single roof shingle was torn or displaced

Shan came out immediately to give me a quote for some gutter work after I suffered some leaking in my basement. He told me my gutters were fine and did not need to be replaced, although I needed to fix some specific areas and get new gutter guards. He started work on time, finished on time, and was extremely helpful and professional throughout. He provided excellent service and did not try to upsell me. I would heartily recommend him to anyone.

Shan is a local business man who puts his name on the business, I asked for a quote for gutters and gutter guards after Shan came out to do a repair on my old gutters. His price was fair and he offered several ideas on how to improve the gutter layout. He also provided a written quote. He called ahead the day before installation which was greatly appreciated. The crew checked in with my wife to confirm the gutter color BEFORE they began any work. They were polite, professional and cleaned us everything when they were finished. I endorse Shan wholeheadedly, 100%. A top professional for roofing! We've used Shan 3 times, twice for my own roof/gutter/vent repairs and once for some major roof reconstruction at my parents former home. Shan's crew did excellent work. Fast! Excellent work! Great Price! I had a gutter take some damage during the winter. Shan came out the next day with a price to repair, rehang the existing gutter instead of replacing with new. He even gave a great price to add in screens to make it easier to handle the small leaves I have from a nearby tree. I asked him about an issue with my siding to get a price for the future and when I came home it was fixed o charge! I've already recommended him to others!

Just had my new roof installed on Saturday by Shan's Roofing. I am beyond impressed with their professionalism, courtesy, and workmanship. I am giving he and his crew a 5 star rating. Shan was doing work at my neighbor's house when I pulled him aside to ask if he could help me with something at my house before he left. The wind had blown off one of my shutters and tore a strip of siding along the way. I had explained in detail what I wanted him to do to repair it and he gave me a quote and offered a small discount if I paid him in cash ($125 as opposed to $150). I agreed to the cash estimate.
He removed part of the siding from over my garage to replace in between the upper windows and reattached the shutter. I paid him and he left. The next day I noticed it was hung
