Went through Lumber Liquidators for flooring and they used Jonathan for the install. Bedrooms came out fine but the hallway, living room and dining are not good. It’s been installed for a little over six years and has never been right since the install. I would use Jonathan for a hardwood install but think I would avoid for laminate flooring.

I've taken too long to write my review of Olson, but since it's been a year and our floors are still one of the best features of our house, it just makes supports our decision to use Olson Custom Flooring even more. Jonathan is your ideal local business owner. He's responsive, honest and does amazing work. The floors look beautiful and he got us on the schedule within our time frame of when furniture would be delivered and completed the work with no problems. We hired Olson to install hardwood floors in the family room, they did an awesome job and I called them back to install hardwoods in our upstairs hallway. Jonathan and his crew have done two large jobs for me and both were outstanding. We were first connected to Jonathan by Lumber Liquidators. The first job he completed for us was installing hard wood flooring on the entire second level of our home, four bedrooms and a long hallway joining them. His crew carefully moved furniture in and out of every room to complete the job. When one plank in the master bedroom had an unacceptable gouge in it, Jon removed a whole section of flooring and redid it to our satisfaction. Got a few quotes from some contractors in the area to refinish the original Hardwood from our home built in the 1950's. In the end we picked Olson Custom Flooring as they were willing to finish the stair risers, which other companies were not willing to do.
In the end we were really glad we picked Olson Custom Flooring as I gave them a really tight schedule, and they managed to deliver and Johnathon Olson called me every day with an update. Would definitely recommend these guys again.
