The lampshade on my desk lamp (bronze and sculpted in China, with lampshade no doubt also from China) needed replacement as the interior fabric had wear-torn after 45 years.
I called Fenchel and got top rate assistance in sizing the lampshade. I then tried to describe the outer material, and Fenchel Customer Service assisted me in finding a material (they have hundreds).
The price seemed very fair, and I was told that it would take 3-4 weeks. That was classic undersell. After 1 week, I was notified that my lampshade was finished, and was en route.
I just got it, and I am thoroughly delighted
