Great place to deal with rented a unit for my daughter she didn't need it they promptly refunded everything except the setup fee. I got to keep the heavy duty combination lock they provide. Wish more places were like this.

This use to be a great storage place when David had it. Now they are charging 17.88 late charges one day late. I only get paid on the third and rent is due on the 1st. The new owner's also want everything to be done on line. Just everything else. Not everyone has internet and bank cards. Not very happy with big rapids storage anymore

I have owned BRSS since 2002. Most convenient to Ferris State University and downtown Big Rapids. Clean and dry spaces small to large. No outside storage.
