Best car buying experience I've had so far! Great, friendly service and they really work fast! Amazing customer service. I'd definitely recommend them to anyone looking to get a great car and deal. I have a 2015 Hyundai sonata. There is a recall on that car I have taken it here for service. They went in my glove compartment and took the receipts that I was saving for the recall. They refused to give me the proper paperwork that I needed, the man said he would email it to me. That was a month ago. Now they are saying they will not accept the recall on the engine. My experience has been a nightmare. This place has been very rude to me that it has caused so much stress that I don't know what to do anymore. This place is horrible.

Great on sales and getting your deals done... however post sales you will have to follow up a lot and more often don't get to talk to the person you are trying to get in touch with especially if your trying to process cancellations or refunds. They will help you out in the process but don't get back to you on updates...
Update… its been a few months now since i have started the processing of refunds for my traded in vehicle… still no update on the remaining cheques after trying to get a hold of finance department thru emails and calls. Definitely a let down.

I am on because I want you all to know David Silva has the brightest personality @ HYUNDAI-DEL RIO. He made my day. He stayed with me until I found the perfect car.

Stop on by and visit with Michael Palmer the General Manager. You learn so much and can ha e the best experience buying a car. I was so happy I had to rave to the Grnl Mgr, shake hands? I wanted a hug. Wow!
And you finish all the paperwork with the lovely Lady Cathy Denney amazing woman. Great sales person, and Leader, with a classy woman to close the deal.

I was very grateful to have worked with Carl as my sales rep. This dealer is very organized, and has some good management from what I can see. The facilities are excellent, as is the vehicle inventory. I would certainly be back here to buy another car. I appreciated how much the staff respected my time and gave me the flexibility to reschedule appointments without any hassle. The buying and negotiating was honestly very fun, and they were skilled and getting us a very good deal. The car itself was impeccable (but it's Hyundai, so this is expected). I look forward to hopefully continuing a relationship
