Tyler did an amazing job,
He helped me pick out my door and was able to educate me and some of the newer style lifts, I went with a new modern style looking door and I am in love with it, we had some framing issues but Tyler was able to work it out and make everything right, I am very happy with the results and will be using him in the future

They returned my call within an hour and the technician arrived the same day, he gave me a thorough inspection of my door and tracks and I decided to go with a new door. They were reasonably priced and installed the new door the next day. Technician was professional, friendly and very helpful explaining the new door along with adjusting my opener. I also like the texts letting me know he was on his way and the immediately received a receipt via email when the service was completed. I am also very satisfied with the quality of the new door, it's a much higher quality door than came with the home

My old garage door opener (aka "sad piece of junk") died on Monday so I called Mykala at Rose Garage Door Solutions after seeing 136 5-star reviews. Mykala was very sweet and professional and even recommended the exact brand of garage door opener (Chamberlain) that I wanted installed. Two days later Tyler came out - exactly on time - to complete the installation. Tyler is awesome and really knows his stuff. He took down my old piece of junk and installed the new Chamberlain B1381 garage door opener, outside keypad, inside Smart Control Panel, and sensors very quickly. My 2-car garage door sagged

Wow! These people are awesome. So friendly, helpful, and the service!!!! 😍 They were able to help me out on a very short notice, and then came and did an amazing job! They work all the way in Pittsboro! I was shocked. Nearly everyone else I called wanted $100-$200 more for this job and they didn't offer the same warranties that Rose did! I'll be calling Rose again if I ever need additional work.

We have used Rose Door Solutions three times now. Each experience has been absolutely phenomenal and tonight was no exception. At 8:30pm our garage door broke. Not knowing what to do we called Tyler. Not only did he help fix the solution over the phone he was at our house a hour later fixing it!!! Quick, fairly priced, great work, great guy. Highly recommend.
