Howard came out within days of contacting him and gave me a reasonable estimate to replace my 30-year-old oil furnace that had days left to it unfortunately it ran my hot water and needed to be replaced immediately during the summer. Howard gave me an install date for about a week and a half which was extremely reasonable given everyone is having air-conditioning problems as it’s getting extremely hot out. He was extremely organized and did very clean work. Installing. He arrives on time. He was respectful polite and extremely sincere. He’s an extremely nice professional man with a lot of heart

Howard is great to have on any project. We used Howard’s services on several different jobs from burner cleaning to water heater installation. He is very polite, honest and professional and gets the job done right. His assistant was also very professional and courteous. He prices jobs fairly and I would hire him again for any future projects.

The most wonderful and compassionate person to ever fix your plumbing. He is honest and polite, and won't judge if your basement is a little musty. He won't "fix" things that aren't broken, but he will inform you of things you should keep an eye on.

Honest, hard working, old school charm. I used Howard for the first time last year when a bigger company out of Methuen really messed up my oil burner. Howard came over, made everything good again and charged me a fair and honest price. He recommends things he sees wrong but never pushes you to go with something you aren't sure off...almost always offers up a few alternatives. if I could give him 10 stars I would.

Working with Howard has been a great experience. I have had two interactions so far. The first was for basic maintenance which went well and reasonably priced. The second I had a pipe crack and called him up. He came right over and resolved the issue. Again the cost was reasonable and he had the system up and running quickly.
