Our landscape design company has been serving the Northern Westchester area, including the towns of Briarcliff Manor, Ossining, Croton-on Hudson, Cortlandt Manor, Yorktown Heights, Bedford, Mt. I used Julian's services about 14 years ago and loved what he did. I moved out of the area but recently moved back and had a project in the front of my home that needed immediate attention so I called Julian. Julian takes the time to listen to what you want and makes suggestions based on that. We came up with a plan and it looks amazing! I've gotten so many compliments from my neighbors! Julian is the best and I would highly recommend him to anyone.

Julian recently completed some landscaping work for us on the front and side of our property. He was very courteous and extremely knowledgeable. Julian has wonderful response time and does excellent work. Since he is a horticulturist, I learned so much about what was growing in my garden/yard and we were able to make much more informed decisions about what we want to keep/remove/replace. We will only be using Perennia for our landscaping and design.

I had a wonderful experience working with Julian. He was responsive, prompt, and knowledgeable about the types of plants that would grow well in our front and back yards. We worked together on the design aesthetic I envisioned and it came out even better than I thought it would because of his suggestions. Every tree, bush and plant is flourishing. Julian and his workers did a fantastic job for my wife and I.
They safely relocated several small trees and plants to different locations on our property, planted seed and tilled our garden beds. They were quick, efficient and extremely fair in their pricing. Julian went the extra mile in ensuring my wife and I were happy and our lawn and gardens are thriving! I can’t thank them enough for their amazing work!

After removing our in-ground oil tank, we had a big empty space to fill between the driveway and the house. Julian worked with us to fill it with beautiful, deer-resistant flowering shrubs and evergreens and to re-do a stone walkway. He and his crew did an outstanding job and we're very happy with the results!
