Do you have carpet damage? We can repair it in most cases. If it can't be repaired, we offer full service in home sales and installation, including removal and disposal of the old carpet and padding. Called to make an appointment this morning. A man called me back and I asked what chemicals they used because I have animals in my home. The man rudely stated that it was too early in the morning to answer those type of questions and hung up on me. NEVER USE THIS COMPANY! They are rude and have no understanding of customer service. If I could give a zero I would!

I have been using A-1 Carpet Masters for a few years. They are always on time and offer the greatest customer service. I have used them for carpet cleaning, tile cleaning and have them scheduled for furniture cleaning this week. A previous review states that these guys call them consistently, but it's a small family owned business and they do not call and "bug" customers for business. I believe that reviewer had the wrong company because these guys are 5 stars all the way!

I had my carpets cleaned and a small repair done yesterday, David was the gentleman that came out. He was prompt, professional and didn't up sell me. The price he quoted was the price I paid. The repair is amazing, literally cannot see it and the carpet looks great. I appreciate a trustworthy company that does what they say and does it good. I highly recommend this company.

Great company excellent customer service very easy to deal with our carpet was very durty for 4 years a lot heavy traffic areas, no problem them cleaned and sanitized smells really good like spring season also the price they quoted me was the same when showed up no bit switch most definitely we will use them again and tell all our friends and family finally we found a trusted company thanks guys

I work for A-1 Carpet Masters. Family owned and operated and we have never had an automated calling system. There's a company using our name or a similar name and people can't get ahold of them so they call us and think we are the ones calling them. We get calls daily about this and bad reviews which we are trying to prevent so I hope people read this before assuming and leaving us a bad review. Thanks!

Justin came to our house on time and cleaned all the carpet in less than 30 minutes. The difference was amazing. He really does a great job. We had no stains, the carpet wasn't left soaking wet, the house didn't smell like chemicals. I loved how efficient and effective he was. And he was very polite. I won't use any other carpet service.
