Karl was incredible!! Super knowledgeable and serious attention to detail. He took the time to explain everything he was doing and it is obvious he puts a lot of time and dedication into his work. It was a pleasure to work with him and we couldn't recommend him enough!

Carl did a wonderful job reglazing our tub, explaining what may have gone wrong with our last reglaze (with a reputable company), and how to care for the job. He is meticulous, patient, modest and communicative. I rarely write reviews, but we thought he was great!

Carl is a great artist and refinisher , not only is he talented but he is honest as can be. Carl gave me an estimate from pictures I sent him to refinish a large tub and it was very reasonable . He special ordered the color needed and arrived on time as scheduled . Here is where it gets good , I uncovered the tub with him and he explained to me why the tub may not need a full reglazing and told me to come back in an hour. When I returned he said there is one chip in tub that he can fix without charging me the price he originally quoted . He fixed the chip allowing me to see the process . in the

Called a few companies and decided on New Glaze because he sounded honest and said the job would take two days when the other companies said it would take only one and the cost would be around the same. Figured if he was going to take so much longer than the other companies, he must be doing a better job. I wanted a company who takes pride in their work and not the other companies who are in and out in half the time he said it would take him to do the job right.
When he was done the bathroom looked totally new at less than a fifth of the price of replacing the tiles and without the mess.
