I originally had one climate controled unit for about 6 months then rented another unit, and now I have two climate controled units. I have been very hay with customer service,they always either answer my calls or return my call really quickly. They have also allowed my daughter to use an unrented unit to study during the 2020 lock down. She needed a quiet place away from home and it worked out great. They are three when you need them, and they really supported her for going to college. They really came through for us, and we thank them very much. The climate controled units are always clean and

Wow! I haven’t even moved my stuff in yet and I’m already impressed! Customer service is the best!! Owner met me at the unit, showed me around and was as friendly as can be. I was impressed with how clean the property was & how clean the units were. Climate control is perfectly managed. Their prices are unbeatable as well! Highly recommended!!

Arrow Self Storage is clean, secure, and convenient. I am impressed with the quality of these units. Air conditioning is a huge bonus! The driveways are all paved and the units are in excellent condition. I love that access into the property is simple with a personalized code for the motorized entrance gate. The location is very convenient and is on the main highway. I wouldn't store my belongings anywhere else. These units are the best hands down. You won't regret giving Arrow Self Storage your business.

The staff is really helpful and kind. Locally owned and you can tell that these owners really want you to have an exceptional experience. The price is reasonable and the place is very secure. We highly recommend Arrow Self Storage. They go above and beyond what I'd expect from a storage rental place. Very impressed with the ease of access inside the property as we unloaded our stuff. When speaking with the owners they mentioned something that is important to note. These units were built several feet higher to help protect against potential flooding in severe weather... like a hurricane. Very thankful

I have never been more pleased with a storage unit! From day one we had the best service! Nicest People who run this place! It was super convenient right down the street from me... but still located in a great place!! We will definitely go back when we need to!
