Their customer service awards say a lot more about their customers than it does their customer service. They truly do not understand the meaning of customer service. I have given them multiple chances. They give you misinformation. They do not update you. The manager himself blames his employees and doesn't take responsibility for the things his employees do and say. That is not how good leadership or good customer service is done. They prefer not to listen to the customer and instead talk over you and tell you why you are wrong instead of listening to the feelings of the customer.

I've already left a review for this place before, but good Lord my wife and I felt compelled to do it again.
First of all, let me say that Danny, and the entire finance team at Pioneer has zero competition. They are in a league of their own. We've done business with Pioneer twice this year and it's settled, we will never buy a vehicle from anywhere else. Last time I bought a vehicle here, I received a call from the owner of the lot. Thanking me for doing business with them. I've said it before and I'll say it again, my wife and I are a car salesman's worst nightmare, but Danny and the crew here

I did not purchase my 2019 Ford Escape from Pioneer Ford; however, I have had all service on my vehicle done there. They are courteous and give exemplary service. I recommend them!

We have been coming to Pioneer Ford for 7 years. We have purchased 3 vehicles from them and have our personal and my company car serviced there. That ends today. The service department has been continuously getting worse. Wait times are getting longer and there is no communication. I dropped my company car off to have the tire either repaired or replaced. I was clear that there were 2 nails and a piece of glass in the tire and I thought it would need be replaced. That was yesterday morning. I called this morning to check on the car. After having to call multiple times to speak to someone in service

This was my first "true" car buying experience. Sure, I had purchased a car before, but it was always from a dealer that I worked for, so obviously I am from the industry and am very careful who I do business with. I had finally decided that I wanted to learn more about the Raptors and just simply asked. I was not pressured at all, in fact quiet the opposite happened. I was give numbers, bottom lines, and space. Space to do my own research a mind a pandemic when I was thinking about purchasing a car! Most dealers would have turned the heat up and applied the pressure, not Pioneer Ford

On my way back to Florida from a road trip my car hit a huge pothole on I-20 caused by the rains washing out the left lane in the construction zone. The hole took out a few cars that night. My two left wheels were bent from the impact and tires flat. Car was not drivable. My car was towed by a great guy named Stephen from allareatowing.com to Pioneer Ford at midnight and I left it there and friends picked us up from Atlanta. Ed was my Advisor and between him, the parts guy and Jason the Service Manager they ordered parts to repair the car that were back ordered. It took a few days to repair and

They do NOT honor their online pricing. They supposedly have a new internet person who is posting pricing in a way that is illegal. We had reached a deal on a 2020 Explorer and at the last minute they came back and added $3500 extra on the deal. We showed them the internet price and they still refused to honor it. This is illegal in Georgia and is a violation of the Consumer Protection Division. We have filed a formal complaint. They also added in hundreds of dollars of fees and blamed it on the state. The state of GA only requires a few fees and they were nowhere close to the amount Pioneer Ford

They are incredibly sloppy and unprofessional, and I would suggest avoiding them.

I worked with them over the course of about a week on a deal for a lease. After much back and forth via email (to avoid any confusion), and we had agreed upon everything, I sent a short bulleted list to make sure we were absolutely clear. They agreed that we were on the same page and good to go. I sent them the paperwork they needed (license, insurance, etc) and headed over.

Before I got there, they called and let me know they made a mistake and the payment would $20 more than we agreed upon. I wasn't happy

I've been to several dealerships over the last year looking at different LARGE SUVs. I was in a 2014 Hyundai Tucson and I regretted the purchase after the first week, but I was stuck. As soon as I drove it off the lot, it depreciated in value by $5k, which put me upside down on trade in value right from the start. Today my husband and I went to Pioneer Ford. My husband's Dad bought my husband a 2014 Ford F-150 2 years ago and the deal was amazing. Today, we met with Gidget, the online sales representative, who introduced us to Drew, our salesman. We were most definitely not an easy sale

In response to the feed back I received from Pioneer. I do appreciate the feed back and obviously now have a clearer understanding of what went on between my insurance company and the dealership.
However with all due respect, the type of exhaust I have on the car and the size of the tips are really irrelevant points assuming your techs have installed and or have seen after market exhaust before. And assuming they've worked on any exhaust, they know what an exhaust leak sounds like. I understand mistakes happen, but lets be honest and not divert the issue like that.

I experienced a transmission failure in a 2013 Ford Fusion Energi at 90k miles and was told by Pioneer Ford I needed to replace the transmission (at a cost of ~$10k) but they also graciously introduced me to a salesman who could sell me a new vehicle and offered me virtually nothing (a couple thousand dollars was the quote) in trade.

It turned out the transmission was warrantied to 100k miles but Pioneer somehow "missed" that. As a result, I traded the car at a huge loss at a different dealership before I learned there was no reason to since the repair was warrantied. I'm completely

The service department of this dealership needs extensive training. Recently, we had a new car break down on us at less than 6000.00 miles. We were not offered a courtesy call only told that our warranty would not cover one. My husband walked home from their dealership and continued to miss a full day of work. The next day we were told we would be responsible for at least a $4500 repair. We were told to contact of car insurance company to see if they would cover. I freaked out and called the dealership where we purchased the car. They jumped on it including making sure we had a car and

This is the only company I would ever buy a car from. They are very friendly, honest and helpful. When you take your car for service they wash your car inside and out.
Wheter you buy a car or not, it is a great experience.
