Palata Tile and Stone Company. Like others said, GET IT IN WRITING!!! They DID NOT MEASURE PROPERLY! This is going to cost me more money because now I have to re-model my kitchen. When I brought this up, they wanted to charge me again. For the mess-ups they created??? Be warned! HORRIBLE CUSTOMER SERVICE.

We're in the middle of remodeling our home and needless to say COVID delays with construction materials hasn't made it easy. We were so lucky to meet George at Palata tile. He's been so helpful. There store offers so much I can't even begin to tell you. He was able to look up stock and let us know what was available on the spot, so we could stay on track with our completion date. If you're looking for any kind of tile, flooring, carpet and even kitchen cabinets I would start here first!

Palata Tile and Stone Company. Get it in writing! I spent a great deal of time choosing my tile flooring. I am extremely thrifty...Hassan had to look up all prices because nothing is marked(1st clue)
He told me this tile was $1.99 per sq ft so I repeated twice $1.99? I made him repeat it twice as well because it was a good price for decent tile. I had him call to make sure it was in stock. It was and he can get it in 2 days. I went to quality granite(his recommendation) to choose my granite and quartzite for Hayssan to install on my counters and well I didn't have time to go back to order

I recently bought a new 3450 sq. ft house in Fontana, and I am so glad to have come across these guys! George at Palata Tile & Stone is very helpful - if you are looking for tile for your house - definitely come here. I did my entire house with tile and George was able to provide me with a reasonable price/options for my whole house.
They have much better options and better prices than a local store like Home Depot. They also offer delivery to the surrounding area, and are very flexible and willing to work with you.

Just getting around to write this review. Actual work was performed roughly a year ago.
When it comes to hiring someone to do some type of job for you, no matter what they do right, it's the work that they don't do well that sticks with you and you remember the most. That is what leaves a lasting impression. Unfortunately Palata Tile did not stand behind their job even though they claim a 1 year warranty.
Such is the case with the work they performed for us.

Palata's prices are fair and a kitchen install is priced reasonably.
The original estimate I got was about $1500 short. I primarily worked with George, who is a friendly salesman but I think he might have too much on his plate because there were several miscommunications that caused me to run back and forth between Anaheim and Upland. Additionally, there are several things that were never mentioned but are good to know if you're planning on making purchases.
Kitchen:
1. They cut the countertops onsite and everything will be completely covered.
2. They remove your appliances from

Love George, Magic and the lovely man who helped me load all the heavy tiles into my mommy van. They helped me pickup the tiles for both the kitchen and bathrooms. They are easy going and helped me with measurements. Showroom was big and clean.

What a great place to go if you need some help in combining different colors and textures. Their inventory is huge and can be quite overwhelming but Hayssam helped us narrow it down based on what our final vision is. In the last 4 months we have been there twice for two different bathrooms and have been totally pleased. No sales pressure and total professionalism PLUS great pricing!

I want to thank George and his whole crew that worked on our floors. It looks beautiful!! George was always friendly and helpful every time I came in to the store (about 4 or 5 times) and couldn't make up my mind with which tile I wanted. I would recommend Palata Tile and I am sure we will be back when we change our carpet upstairs. Thanks again!!!

So professional,handles business the way it should be handled!We came to look at backsplash after not being happy with the way we were treated at another tile company and I'm so glad we did!Hayssam is so professional,polite,and extremely helpful.He knows what he's doing and will give his advice when you want it without being pushy.Also,his prices are amazing and his selection is unique and huge.I can't recommend this place enough,we will definitely be going back!

I had my whole house tiled by palata. Zack did our installation of both floor and shower. After installation , there were problems with grout: inconsistent color, depths, cracking, pinholes . After, request to have owner , Magic, to come and look at grout problems, he blamed everyone but his installers. I have had 3 other companies out to inspect grout ( including grout manufacturer), every one said it was improperly installed . Magic took my money and ran. Go elsewhere !

I bought all my flooring for my new house at Palata. My sale's person is Hi Sem. Sorry I have no clue how to spell his name but that's how you say it. He has coordinated my carpet, tile, and baseboard installer. It's a big project and he checks on me daily with updates. The carpet guy is amazing!!! He arrived at my house at 6am and left at 11pm just taking a very short lunch and dinner break. He also drove from Los Angeles and has to pick up the carpet before arriving and dump the old carpet after leaving. I've never seen anyone work so hard and so such a great job. I have

Manuel helped us out with a kitchen remodel. Our original layout was terrible, and the dishwasher door would hit the stove. Manuel designed an amazing layout that really utilizes our kitchen space perfect. Their contractors got the kitchen done in 2 days. Fast, clean, helpful. Palata is a great place to get your kitchen done and for a good price too. We are very pleased and will definitely come back for our next project.

We looked everywhere and liked the products and prices at Palata. We had wood looking tile floor installed which is gorgeous and everyone raves about how good it looks. We also had an accent wall and backslash installed with the coolest looking multi colored tile. They did some other work for us too and all of the contractors were very good and we would definitely recommend them. In fact we are planning on using them on our next project.

We've been doing a remodel for the last 5 months and have had to deal with many companies & individuals of all kinds. Palata will definitely be on the "good list". We are 100% happy with the turn out! We purchased granite and tile for the backsplash in our kitchen and bathrooms and ended up paying quite a bit less than what we had been quoted by other companies for the same product. Our sales person was Manuel, he was easy to work with, kept his word throughout the process and his installers kicked a$$. We couldn't be happier!

Over promise and under deliver. Price was decent but instalation was poor. I guess you do get what you pay for. Poor job was made on my stairs and I am still waiting for them to send some one to fix my stairs all I get is we will call you by the end of the day to let you know when they will be there. Never have I gotten that call back that they assured me I was going to get. At first they tell you they have the best installer and that they will take care of you but once the money is in there hand they forget who you are.

I am helping my parents with their home renovation. Both are in their 70's, have never done this before and are on a very limited budget. We searched high and low for several months for a business we could trust and afford.
Then we met Barak at Palata Tile.
