I worked with Denise Berlin who just understood the look I was going for in my kitchen. They have completed just over half of the project and I am beyond pleased. The rest of my kitchen will be finished when my additional cabinets are received. Wow, they have been wonderful to work with and I look forward to the completion!

Horrible business with even worse customer service skills. Should have looked at ratings - houzz, talk of the Villages, BBB, etc all horrible reviews and complaints! I was told designer Denise, would be at my place at 1 and at 1:15 no one was there and no calls. Called them and they told me they never set up an appointment at a set time although the salesman did tell me the person who set it was new, Laurie, "however they don't give exact times" - all basically calling me a liar. They all were rude, loud, obnoxious - owner, designer, salesperson. I had to listen to "been here 30 years", "they don

A close friend of mine just had counters and backslash done. They told him the quote didn't include the whole length of the counter. The area that needed to be finished was under 9 square. ft, about the size of a 32" TV. They then told him that it would be an addional $1250.00. What a bunch of crooks. BUYER BEWARE

The workmanship was good on my bath remodel. However in the end the contract for total cost was very misleading. They tell you to pay the plumber separate and I assumed that was part of the total cost. When I added the plumber cost ,the total amount was more than what was written on my contract. So make sure you confirm the Total is the Total before you sign the contract.
