We have a 2 story house. The lower exterior wall was bowing out 4". We called Andy and he came out right away to assess the situation. He was genuinely concerned for our safety. He had a crew come out within 2 days to put up temporary support beams. They submitted plans to the building inspector. They were approved and within 1 month they were back to rebuild the wall. They did an excellent job rebuilding the wall and cleaning up. All workers acted in a professional manner.
