Not happy with the service at all. The technicians came to replace the thermostat, which was under warranty. I was charged more than $400 for the labor. The heating was not working after the replacement. The guy kept telling me that they were here only to replace the thermostat. Whether the heating is working or not is not their responsibility. . What a waste of money

Ace Solution were very accommodating to our schedule and needs. We were installing all new units in our new home and they really tried their best to ease the process. This company is very professional. I contact the company to consult our home heating system. They were very responsive and came to my home the next day. The staff measured our home heating system and advised to use EFS loan, which is a government 0% loan and rebate. It was a fantastic choice I ever had made. They guided me the whole process of application and neatly completed everything. AC in the building stopped all of sudden so I needed help immediately. Got a hold of Joon who was extremely resourceful and assessed the issue accurately. He gave us a very fair quote and came by within hours. His team did a great job fixing the unit and they even followed up to ensure there wasn’t any other issues lingering. I found ACE Solutions on the NextDoor App in a "neighbor's" posting of HVAC referrals for companies that service Bergen County. I needed a new 4 ton AC system and wanted to simultaneously replace the 125k btu furnace. My system ran on R22 which has been banned. The owner, Joon, answered my questions regarding repairs vs replacement, he has been responsive, his guys worked during a tropical storm to complete the job, they tried to keep the work area neat and clean, they arrived early, they completed the replacement within 7 hours and best of all ACE was the most reasonably priced. My restaurant has a roof top unit and it keeps having problems but Joon and his team is always there to help. They even went out of their way to keep me in business during hottest and coldest times. Here is a list of few things they did for me:
Changed AC fan and its motor, monitored all the sensors for the whole system, updated wires and connections, replaced fuse & filters, regularly checked for any leaks and cracks.
