I hired lock doctors because one of our bedroom doors was locked and I tried everything I could to get it open gave up and hired the professional. He came out on the exact time I was given and he opened our in 5 minutes, he also made keys for our door as well since we didn't have the exact key. Can't say enough good things about this business! Michael was very professional, efficient and surprisingly affordable. Anyone who has ever had to replace a key fob for their car at a dealership knows that they cost hundreds of dollars. The Lock Doctors charged me a fraction of the dealership cost! They also included a few extra keys for the price of replacing my house key. You can't go wrong with the Lock Doctors, I highly recommend them.

We found ourselves without a working front door after the push-handle completely stopped working, so I called up The Lock Doctors and was able to get a same day appointment. Michael actually arrived earlier than the time we originally discussed, but reached out to me first to make sure arriving earlier was okay.
He was very friendly and knowledgeable and took about 45 minutes to swap out our front door gear to the new one I had purchased. He was quick and efficient and his price was very reasonable. He even threw in a handful of extra copies of the new keys at no charge.

James came out and re-keyed my locks for me. I needed these done the same day as we needed someone to no longer have access to our home. James called when he was on the way, verified my address and was here promptly after the call. His prices were extremely reasonable and he made me as many keys as I wanted at no additional charge. He also quickly changed the tumblers for the new keys. I highly recommend The Lock Doctors.

Key broke off in the front door lock of the business I manage, called this guy who was quick to respond and on time (which has been a huge problem with previous locksmiths I have used). Not only did he fix the issue, but he also pointed out a couple of other issues with the doors that we could address to prevent any other problems.

Didn't call back thinking I was pranking him, ( my cell number is from Arizona)Came out after another missed communication ? Re keyed 6 locks for 140.00 OK . Called to let him know he put the door pulls for the sliding doors on backwards.Never called back,so I give him 3 stars.Within 3 minutes he replied to the review saying it was fake.Sends me messages about how yelp will delete it ,(They did)He's a yelp pro! blah blah blah. Unprofessional and unreliable. Made an appt a week out. On the day of my appt; no call, no show. I called the owner and he said he be there later in the day. No call, no show. He contacted me later in the evening and reassured me he'd come the next day. No show. 3 no shows
If the can't trust them honoring a simple appointment, what makes you think you can trust the quality of their work. ?? If the owner runs a no call/no show business, then that tells a lot about the structure of this business.

I locked myself out of a bedroom in my house past 9pm on a Thursday so I called The Lock Doctors. James showed up to my house within a half hour and got the door open in less than 5 minutes. I couldn't be happier with this service but still SMFH at what a bonehead I was to lock myself out. Thanks again James !!

James came to our rescue when we locked our keys in our trunk. Even though we had roadside assistance through State Farm, they told us that there wasn't any in Stockton that could help us and they would have to go out of network. The rep said it "could be a couple of hours".
I called up another auto locksmith but told me to cal the Lock Doctors since we were out of the way. James was reroute to another customer and came to our rescue in an hour.
